I have temperature regulation issues, which seem to have only gotten worse in lockstep with my age and climate change. Moving out of Texas is not currently in the immediate cards, but I was wondering if anyone has clothes or gadget recommendations for helping with this? I’ve seen cooling vests, and those look like they’d help, but also seem a bit clunky to factor into the clothes I wear.
At some point this year, Great Lakes I guess “sold” or transferred my federal student loans to Nelnet. Really wish there was any sound reasoning to me having to go setup all new accounts, and reshuffle my financial organization just because Great Lakes decided they didn’t want to deal with it, I guess?
